Job Focus

Job Focus is located out in Neamatpur, which is near Sitarampur in the Burdwan district. The exact spot is C/O Mita Sarkar in the Bishnu Bihar Colony. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the big metros, and we like it that way. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a giant office with a receptionist. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Being in Bishnu Bihar Colony means we are part of a small neighborhood. We spend our hours looking at job listings and talking to people who are trying to find work in the area or even further away. It’s a lot of manual sorting and keeping track of names and numbers. We don't use any fancy software or have big meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. Sometimes the power goes out or things get a bit slow, but we just carry on. It is an honest way to spend the day. We have been here for a bit now and people in the colony know who we are. We don't feel the need to be all corporate and polished. We are just real people trying to help other people find a path. That’s what Job Focus is about for us.
