We are located in Dhokra Sahid, which is out in Nutanganj in the Burdwan district. It’s a bit far from the big city vibes, but we like it that way. The office is a simple building and we’ve been here for a good stretch of time. We deal with a lot of local coordination and data entry here at Ibm India Pvt Ltd. The pace is steady, not too fast but we stay busy enough. There’s a lot of green around the building which is a nice change from the concrete. We have a small team here and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have a corporate cafeteria, so we usually just bring our dabbas and eat together under the fan. The internet can be slow sometimes, which is frustrating, but we’ve learned to be patient. We have a couple of old wooden desks that have seen better days, but they still hold up the monitors just fine. There’s a lot of manual work involved sometimes, checking records and making sure everything matches up. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a quiet life in Burdwan and this office is just where we spend our days. We make sure the files are organized and the lights are off before we leave.
