I Nova Group

Our group is based in Durgapur, over on Mahiskapur Road. The exact address is 14 22. Durgapur is an industrial city, so there is always a bit of dust and a lot of activity in the air. We’ve been part of this landscape for some time. We handle a variety of things under the I Nova name. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have a plain office where we meet and talk about our projects. Some days are slow and we just drink a lot of tea and talk about life. Other days are really busy and we are running around trying to get things sorted. Mahiskapur Road is a busy stretch, and there’s always something going on outside our window. We don’t have any big slogans or flashy posters on the walls. It’s just a place of work. We’ve got some desks, a few cupboards for files, and some chairs for visitors. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live nearby. It feels like being part of the city’s heart. Working in West Bengal has its own flavor, especially with the festivals and the way people interact with one another. We just keep our operations simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks. There isn't any big secret to how we work; we just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a steady life and we are happy with that.
