Faisal Tour & Travels

Faisal Tour & Travels is located right by the bus stop in the City Centre of Durgapur. It is a very busy spot because of all the people coming and going from the buses all day long. We have been in the travel business for a long time now. We are based here in Durgapur, which is part of the Bardhaman district. Our office is quite small and we keep things very simple. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive computers. We just have what we need to book tickets and help people plan their trips. It can be a lot of work, especially when the festivals are coming up and everyone wants to go home or go on a holiday at the same time. We try our best to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork just piles up. We aren't a big agency with lots of staff. It is just a couple of us here every day. We focus on getting the details right so that people don't have problems when they are traveling. Since we have lived in Durgapur our whole lives, we know the area and the people well. Folks come to us because we are easy to find at the bus stop and we talk to them like neighbors. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. If a train is likely to be late, we tell you. We just want to do a decent job for everyone who stops by.
