My place is called Glossy and we are located in Michael Nagar. It’s not hard to find us because we are right near the Bank of India branch here. The area code is 700133. I’ve been working in this neighborhood for a long time now. Michael Nagar has its own rhythm, you know? It’s busy during bank hours and then things quiet down a bit in the evening. I like being near the bank because there are always people around. Sometimes they pop in after they’ve finished their errands. The shop is quite straightforward. We have the usual stuff you’d expect. I didn't want a place that looked too corporate or cold, so I kept it looking like a normal neighborhood shop. People around here seem to appreciate that. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell people things they don't need. If someone wants a simple service, that’s what they get. We talk about local things, like the weather or the traffic on the main road. It’s just a small business trying to do honest work. Sometimes it’s just me here, other times I have help. We’ve gotten to know the bank staff too, which is nice. If you’re ever in this part of Kolkata, you’ll see us near the Michael Nagar branch of the bank. It’s a handy location for everyone in the area. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
