Iron Bricks

We started Iron Bricks because there was a need for it here in Ranibandh. Being right on Hospital Road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a yard where we keep things moving. The weather gets hot here sometimes and that makes the work a bit harder but we keep at it. Most of our neighbors know where we are. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty. If you come down Postp.S. way you will see the piles of bricks. It’s a simple business. We get the materials in and then we get them out to whoever needs them. Sometimes the trucks are late and things get a bit messy but that is just how it goes in this trade. We've been at this for a while now. My hands are usually dirty by noon. That’s just part of the job I guess. People stop by to ask directions to the hospital quite often since we are so close. We don't mind. It’s good to be part of the community here. We try to keep things organized but on busy days it’s a bit of a scramble. You learn to live with the dust. It’s just us here doing the work every morning. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know the routine.
