Our office is tucked away in Flat A on the first floor of the Krupa Ashirwad Complex. If you know R.P. Road in Hyderbasti, you know how busy it gets out there. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite some time now, dealing with all kinds of valves. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve gotten used to it. The space isn’t very large, just enough room for the desks and some filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over technical drawings. It gets pretty noisy outside with all the traffic on R.P. Road, but once you step inside, it's mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us making sure orders are processed and the technical specs are right. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break, but usually, we are head down in work. Dealing with valves isn't exactly glamorous, but it’s what we know. We’ve had the same furniture for years and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. People come by the complex for all sorts of things, and we’re just one of the many businesses here. We keep our files organized as best we can and try to keep up with the day-to-day demands. It's a steady life for us here in Hyderbasti.
