Universall Granites

Our yard is over at 842A in LGB Colony, right here in Ramanathapuram. We’ve been handling granite for quite some time now, and it’s heavy, dirty work most days. People come by looking for different slabs, and we show them what we have sitting in the lot. It’s not a showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a practical space where the stone gets moved around. Some pieces are nicer than others, but that’s just how natural stone is. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. The dust gets everywhere, even when we try to keep it down. Dealing with Universall Granites means dealing with folks who know what a slab of rock weighs and how it’s likely to cut. We don't talk much fancy talk. If a piece has a crack or a weird vein, we point it out. It’s better that way so nobody gets a surprise later on. Ramanathapuram is a busy place, and we fit right in with the other shops around LGB Colony. Sometimes we’re short-staffed, so we might be out back when a customer pulls up, but we usually hear the gate. We’ve seen all sorts of people come through, from builders to homeowners just looking for a small piece for a kitchen. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, moving stone and helping people find what they need for their projects.
