Cadem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located at 264/75 on 36th Cross. We’re in Jayanagar 8th Block, which is a pretty nice part of Bangalore. It’s a bit more residential and quiet compared to the industrial estates. Our office is a comfortable place where we focus on the technology side of things. We spend a lot of time on computers, working on software and systems that help machines run better. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, punctuated by the occasional loud discussion over a technical snag. We don't really have a big corporate lobby. It’s more of a functional space where we can get our heads down and work. Being in Jayanagar is great because there are trees and good places to walk during lunch. The building we’re in is easy to find. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Our team is a mix of tech folks who just enjoy solving problems. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. If the software works, we’re happy. We handle support calls and do a lot of testing. Sometimes the days get long when we’re trying to meet a deadline, but we usually manage to keep things relaxed. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy office furniture. We just want to make sure the tech we produce is solid and helps the people using it. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
