Industrial Automation is tucked away near 4th Cross in the Peenya Industrial Estate. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets with the lorries and the constant noise of manufacturing. Our place is at 12/1, and it's basically where we spend all our daylight hours. It’s not a large corporate setup. It is just a workspace filled with components, wires, and people trying to figure out how to make things run smoother. We’ve been in the 1st Stage area for a while now. The coffee shop around the corner knows our order because we're there every morning before the sun gets too high. Inside, the shelves are pretty packed with whatever we’re working on. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty, but that’s what happens when you’re actually making things. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to finish a task. Peenya is a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to it, but we like it here. It feels like everyone is actually doing something real. We don't spend time on meetings that don't go anywhere. We just look at the work in front of us and try to finish it by the end of the day so we can go home. It is a simple way to run a business.
