Sai Tec Inc

Royal Industrial Estate is where we are based, specifically at A-26 in Wadala. It’s a big complex with lots of different businesses crammed together. At Sai Tec Inc, we’ve been in this unit for a good few years. The building is made of concrete and has that industrial smell to it. There’s always someone moving something in the corridors, and you can hear the hum of machines from the other units nearby. Our space is divided into a small office area and a larger section for the technical work. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system. The windows are high up, so you don't see much of the outside world while you’re working. Wadala is a central enough location for us. Getting here can be a bit of a trek depending on the traffic, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s okay. We have a small table in the corner where we sit for lunch and talk about non-work stuff. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental, so we just open the door when it gets too stuffy. It’s a hardworking environment and everyone here is just focused on the tasks at hand. It’s our little corner of the industrial world and it serves its purpose perfectly fine. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done right.
