You’ll find our office at 6, Doctor House on Pedder Road. It’s a well-known building in a busy part of town. We’ve been handling travel arrangements for people for a long time. It isn't like those big websites where you never talk to a human. Here, you sit down at a desk and we talk about where you need to go. We have a lot of files and maps around, though most things are on the computer these days. The phones ring a lot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to book something at the last minute. We deal with flights, trains, and cars mostly. It can get stressful when a trip goes wrong or a flight is cancelled, but we just stay on the line until it gets sorted out. Pedder Road is always jammed with traffic, so we see a lot of people rushing by outside our window. Our office is a bit more relaxed than the street outside. We have a couple of old chairs for customers and a water dispenser that’s always nearly empty. It’s a small team here. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. We aren't trying to be a global giant or anything. We just want to make sure people get to their destinations without too much of a headache. That’s why we’re still here after all these years. We just try to help out as best as we can.
