Our yard is over at 69C in the 2nd Phase of the Jigani Industrial Area. If you know Anekal Taluk, you know it is quite a trek to get out here, but this is where all the stone work happens. We have slabs of granite leaning against the walls and stacked up in the back. Some are grey, some are darker, and they all weigh a ton. Dealing with stone is heavy work and it gets dusty. You can't really keep a place like this clean no matter how hard you try. We spend most of our time cutting and moving things around with the crane. It is a bit loud when the saws are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We’ve been in this part of Jigani for a while now. The neighbors are all industrial shops too, so nobody minds the noise we make. People come down here to look at the different batches we have in stock. Sometimes the colors vary a bit because that’s just how natural stone is. We don't try to hide the imperfections. It is what it is. If someone needs a piece for a kitchen or a floor, they come talk to us and we see what’s available on the pallets. It’s a straightforward business. We just cut the stone and get it ready for whoever bought it. There is usually someone around the yard if you want to stop by.
