We are over at S-27 in the Siddhi Vinayak Industrial Estate. It’s right across from the New Cotton Mill near the Sukhram Nagar Cross Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s easy to find once you’re on Anupam-Rakhial Road in Amraiwadi. Tula Machinery Company has been in this spot for a good while. We deal with various types of machines and spare parts. The workshop is usually full of grease and the smell of metal. We don't have any fancy desks or air conditioning in the main area. It's just a place where work happens. We spend our time fixing things or showing customers how a specific piece of equipment operates. The traffic at the cross road can be a mess during rush hour. Sometimes we have to wait a while for deliveries to get through the gates. We have stacks of crates and tools everywhere. It might look a bit disorganized to someone else, but we know exactly where every bolt is. Our hands stay dirty most of the day. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we're here across from the mill. We open up early and stay until the work is done. It’s a practical business for people who need heavy gear.
