Working out of B-8 in the KSSIDC Industrial Estate has its ups and downs. Being on Hosur Road means we deal with a lot of noise, but that’s just part of life in Bommasandra. Trishul Machine Tools isn’t a place where you’ll find people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with the heavy stuff. The shop floor is where everything happens. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us by name. It’s a practical setup. We make machine tools because that’s what we know how to do. There’s no big secret to it, just showing up every morning and putting in the hours. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks and talk about the day’s production. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks down or a shipment is late, but we just deal with it. It’s a busy estate, and everyone is trying to get their work out on time. We don’t go for big speeches about what we do. If a tool works, it works. That’s the end of it. The rain sometimes leaks through the old roof, but we’ve got our buckets and we keep moving. It’s just a regular business trying to stay steady in a fast-paced area like this. We like being part of the industrial community here. It isn't perfect, and the traffic is bad, but we get by.
