Transteel Seating Technologies (P) Ltd.

Our office and workshop are at No. 47, Linden Street. It’s in Austin Town, right on Palmogrove Road. We’ve been here at Transteel Seating for a long time. This part of town has a lot of history and we like being part of it. We spend our days making chairs and office seating. It’s a lot of metal, fabric, and wheels. Linden Street is a bit narrow, so when the delivery trucks come, it gets interesting with the traffic. We don’t have a flashy corporate headquarters. It’s a practical space where we can actually build things. We have a team of people who have been with us for years. They know exactly how a chair should feel when you sit in it. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just assemble the parts and make sure they’re sturdy. Austin Town is a great location because it’s central but still feels like a neighborhood. Sometimes we have a lot of noise from the assembly line, but the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure orders get out on time. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a shipment is late or a machine breaks down. But we just fix it and keep going. We're proud to be on Palmogrove Road. It's been our home for a long time and we know every corner of this old building.
