Teratel

We are over on 1st Main Road, right near Cambridge Road. It’s a busy spot, and most days the traffic outside is pretty loud. Teratel has been in this building for quite a bit now. We started with just a few desks and some cables. Now the place is full of boxes and old equipment we haven’t quite decided to throw away yet. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here answering phones or looking at technical drawings. It’s not a fancy office, but it works for us. The tea guy comes by at eleven and that’s usually the highlight of the morning. We do a lot of stuff with networking and comms, though mostly it’s just making sure things actually connect. Some days are slower than others. When it rains, the roof makes a specific tapping sound that we’ve all gotten used to. My cousin used to work here, but he moved on, so now it’s just a small crew of us. We keep the doors open when it’s not too dusty outside. People stop by thinking we sell mobile phones, but we have to tell them we’re more on the technical side of things. It is a decent place to spend the day, and the neighborhood has some good lunch spots if you know where to look. We just try to get the work done and get home before the evening rush hits the main road.
