Rajamane Telectric is located in the Doddanakundi Industrial Area, right off Whitefield Road. Being in an industrial zone means there are always big trucks moving around and a lot of dust in the air. Our building is at No. 3 in Mahadevapura. It is a functional space, designed for work rather than looking pretty for visitors. We have benches set up for assembly and testing, and the shelves are organized with bins of components and wires. The floor is concrete and shows a lot of wear from moving heavy equipment around. It is not the kind of place where you will find a lobby with magazines. We are usually busy with technical work or checking orders that need to go out. The traffic in Whitefield is famously bad, so we usually get here early and stay late to avoid the worst of it. The staff here are just regular people who know their way around a circuit board. We drink our coffee in the back room and talk about the weekend while we wait for machines to warm up. It can get quite loud when the nearby units are running their heavy machinery, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything we put together is solid. It is a straightforward environment where we just focus on the hardware.
