Supraveni Chemicals Private Limited, Bangalore

Supraveni Chemicals is based out of the KIADB Industrial Area in Kadugodi. Our plot is 8C1 on the 2nd Cross. Being in an industrial area like this in Bangalore means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We are surrounded by other factories and warehouses, so it feels very much like a place where things are actually getting made. Our office is attached to the main workspace, and it is pretty basic inside. We have some sturdy furniture, a lot of technical manuals, and a few computers that have seen better days. The work we do involves a lot of chemicals, so we spend a lot of time on safety and making sure everything is stored exactly how it should be. It is not a quiet office job by any means. There is always someone coming in to check on a shipment or a truck driver looking for directions. We like the grit of being in Kadugodi. It is not like the shiny tech parks on the other side of town. Here, people get their hands dirty and work long hours. The staff here just gets on with it. We do not have meetings about meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it has worked for us so far. We just focus on the day’s work and making sure things get out.
