Our office is over at Narang Chambers on the 4th floor. We've been in these rooms, No. 4 and 5, for quite some time now. Dealing with organic products and industrial materials is what we do day in and day out. It's not the most exciting work to talk about at a dinner party, but it keeps us moving. The space is filled with files, samples, and the sound of phones ringing. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure orders are moving along the way they should. Being up on the fourth floor means we're a bit removed from the street noise, which helps when we need to focus on the technical details. It's a professional environment but it's not stiff. We drink a lot of tea while going over paperwork. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we'd like. We handle a lot of logistics from this desk. It’s mostly about coordinating between the manufacturers and the people who need the organic compounds for their own production lines. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the business world here in this part of town. It’s a practical operation without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the accounts stay balanced. It’s a steady job and we’re glad to be part of the local business community. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes, but it is necessary for the chemicals we handle.
