Suman Furnitures Co.

We started Suman Furnitures Co. a long time ago. We are right here at 138/3, Munivenkatappa Garden. If you know Narayanappa Shetty Palya, you know the area is always busy. Begur Hobli is where we spend all our days. Bannerghatta Road is usually packed with traffic but we stay inside the workshop and just get to work. We make tables and chairs mostly. Sometimes we do cupboards. It is dusty work. We use wood and plywood. The guys here have been working with their hands for years. We aren't a big showroom with fancy lights. It is just a shop where things get built. People come in from around the neighborhood. They tell us what size they need. We write it down and start cutting. Sometimes the wood delivery is late and we have to wait around. That is just how it goes. My father taught me some of this. Then I learned more by doing it wrong a few times. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in. The sawdust gets everywhere, even in my tea. We try to finish things on time but sometimes it takes a bit longer if the design is tricky. It is a simple life here in the garden area. We like it that way. If you are passing by on the main road, you might miss us, but we are back here working. I hope that explains a bit about who we are.
