Sri Mohan Bricks

Our place is right on Commercial Street, specifically at 965/24. It’s a bit of a tight spot sometimes with all the traffic around here, but we manage. Bricks are what we know. We spend the day stacking them, counting them out, and getting them ready for transport. It’s rough on the hands, but you get used to it after a few years. People come to us when they are starting a small project or need to finish up a wall. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just the stacks of red bricks and the sound of the trucks. The weather affects things quite a bit, especially when it gets muddy. We try to keep the piles neat so they don't tip over. It’s basic work, really. Not much to say beyond that. We’ve been at this location for a while now, watching the street get busier every year. Some days the dust gets everywhere, but that’s part of the job. We just focus on getting the right number of bricks to the right site without too many breaking along the way. It’s a simple operation run by a few of us at Sri Mohan Bricks. We know our way around a brick pile. Most of our neighbors know us by now since we've been sitting on this corner for ages and just keep doing our work.
