Somya Productions

Somya Productions is located in the Anupam Commercial Complex, specifically units 101, 102, and 103. We are right across from the Jwala Heri Market, which is a very busy place. There’s always people shouting and cars honking outside. Inside our units, it’s a bit of a different world. We have different rooms for different parts of the production process. One room might be full of lights and cameras, while another has computers for editing. It’s a bit of a maze with all the cables running along the floor. We have to tell people to watch their step all the time. It’s not a corporate office at all. There are posters on the walls from old projects and half-empty coffee cups on the desks. We work weird hours sometimes. If we are in the middle of a project, we might be here until late at night. The market across the street is great for getting snacks when we are working long hours. We’ve been in this complex for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a creative space, but it’s also a lot of hard work. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes we are just sitting around waiting for something to render or fixing a piece of equipment that decided to stop working. We just do what we need to do to get the job finished. We don't spend time on fancy speeches. We just work.
