Smart Ohm Llp is based at DSR Eden Greens in Doddakannelli. Our office is actually Flat No. 514 within the complex. It’s situated on Railway Station Road, not too far from the Carmelram area. Working from an apartment gives us a lot of freedom that you don't get in a standard office building. We have our main working area set up with all the gear we need. It’s a bit of a mix of a lab and an office, with various components and tools lying around the place. The atmosphere is very casual. We don't wear formal clothes or have scheduled meetings in big boardrooms. We just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. The complex itself is quite big and has some greenery, which is nice when we need a break from the screens. Doddakannelli has become a lot busier lately, but our spot stays fairly quiet most of the time. We’ve been here for some time now and it feels like the right place for us. It’s not the most conventional setup, but it’s practical and honest. We don't have any marketing posters on the walls, just some whiteboards with scribbles on them and a few desks. It’s a place where we can really concentrate on what we’re building without any corporate distractions. Most of the time, it’s just us and the sound of the fans or the wind outside. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work we have.
