Shin Ho

Shin Ho is located over in Ammullavoyil Village, near Manali New Town. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where we have our space set up. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. The village area has its own pace, and we just fit into that. Inside, things are usually moving along at a steady clip. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people; it’s more of a tight-knit operation where everyone knows what their job is. Whether we are checking inventory or handling the daily tasks, there isn’t much downtime. The building itself is practical. It wasn't built for looks, but it works for what we need to do every day. You won't find any flashy signs or big advertisements around here. We just have our name on the door and we get to work. Sometimes the roads around the village get a bit muddy when it rains, which can make deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a real sense of being part of the local community. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we go ahead and do it. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it has worked for us so far in this corner of the town.
