Shilak Nokia Care Centre

Our service center is located at No.204/B on Millers Road, right across from Ambedkar Bhavan in Vasanth Nagar. It’s a well-known building in the area, so we are pretty easy to find. We have been working here for quite some time, focusing on fixing phones and helping people with their device issues. The shop is set up with a small waiting area and a counter where we take in the repairs. It’s not a luxury lounge, just a few plastic chairs and some old magazines on a table. We spend most of our time in the back working on the electronics. Vasanth Nagar is a busy part of the city, and we get people coming in from all over. The traffic on Millers Road can be quite heavy, so it’s always noisy outside. We are just a small group of technicians who know our way around a circuit board. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. If a phone can be fixed, we tell you, and if it can't, we tell you that too. It’s an honest way to run a business. We see a lot of broken screens and battery problems every day. Sometimes we get a bit backed up with work, but we try to get things back to people as soon as we can. It’s a busy life, but we like the challenge of figuring out what’s wrong with a device. We’ve been at this spot for years and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
