Shell Pack

Started here at New Siddhapudur quite some time ago. We are right on V.K.K. Menon Road, at number 67-A. It’s a busy spot but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We deal with packaging stuff mostly. It isn't anything fancy, just boxes and wraps that people need for their businesses. I remember when we first opened, the road looked a lot different. There were fewer shops then. Now, it is crowded from morning till night. We spend most of our day making sure the orders are stacked right. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but that is part of the work. Our staff has been with us for a long time. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down for a few minutes. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a workshop where we get things done. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from the neighbor. We just try to keep the machines running and the floor clear so we can move the stock. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot, but we like being part of this local area. We’ve seen kids grow up and take over their fathers' shops nearby. It’s just how things are here at Shell Pack.
