Satguru Furniture

Our shop is located in the Vasavi Complex, taking up units 17 through 21. St. Marks Road is a well-known place, and it’s usually packed with traffic and people going to the nearby cafes. We’ve been in this complex for a long time. It’s a big space where we display a lot of different furniture sets. We have everything from wooden beds to office chairs. The lighting inside isn't the best, but it lets people see the furniture as it would look in their own homes. We are a small crew here. We spend our time moving heavy wardrobes around or dusting off the tables. It's a lot of manual work. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If someone likes a sofa, they buy it. We try to be helpful when people ask about the type of wood or the fabric, but we aren't pushy. The afternoon sun hits the front of the complex, making it pretty warm inside. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It feels like a very traditional way of doing business. We deal with the same suppliers we’ve known for years. Customers come from all over the city because St. Marks Road is easy to find. It’s just a straightforward furniture business in a busy part of town. We open up, we sell some furniture, and we go home. It’s been our routine for years.
