S R C Cranes Services is tucked away on K C Reddy Road in Bommanahalli. If you look behind Kesar Road Lines, that’s where you’ll find our yard. This part of Bangalore is always moving, especially with all the transport and road lines operating around here. We’ve been part of this landscape for quite a while now. The work is mostly about moving heavy loads for the various businesses that operate in the area. It isn't a glamorous life. We deal with a lot of grease, heavy chains, and the heat of the afternoon sun. Our location is handy because it’s close to the main industrial routes, but the roads around here can get really cramped. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phone and head out to wherever we are needed. Most of our guys have been with us for years and they know the machines inside out. We spend our weekends mostly doing repairs and making sure the gear is safe to use for the next week. It’s a lot of manual labor and standing around on construction sites waiting for the signal to lift. We like being in Bommanahalli because everything we need is right here. It’s a rough and ready business, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep our heads down and work.
