We are out here on the road from Ankhel to Attibele. It’s a bit of a drive to get to Besthamanahalli, especially when the trucks are lined up. Premium Polyalloys has been in this spot for a while now. The building at 82/1A isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we get the work done. Most days start pretty early because the heat gets tough by noon. We spend a lot of time moving bags around and checking the machines. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just sit outside near the gate. It's quiet around Kasaba Bidaragere Grama compared to the city. You can hear the birds more than the traffic most mornings. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over tea in the morning. The floor stays busy with the plastic work. There is always a layer of dust on the windows no matter how often they get wiped. It is just the way it is when you are working with alloys and stuff like that. We have some chairs in the front office that have seen better days. It is a practical setup. We try to keep things moving so the orders go out when they should. It gets loud once the main line starts up. That is our day, really. Just keeping the machines going and making sure the counts are right before we head home.
