Pch Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is based at No.55/28 on the 4th Cross of Lalbagh Road. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but once you find the cross road, we’re right there. The building is older, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with various components and boxes. We don’t have any modern decor or bright lights; it’s just a functional space where we get things done. Lalbagh Road is always busy with people and vehicles, so there’s a constant background noise of horns and engines. We spend most of the day sorting through orders or checking the stock in the back room. The ventilation isn't the best, so we usually keep the fans running at full speed. There’s a small desk near the entrance where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations; we just handle the items and make sure the paperwork matches up. Sometimes a delivery truck blocks the narrow cross road, and we have to help guide them out so traffic can move. It’s just the usual daily hustle in this part of the city. We know the other shop owners on the street, and we mostly just stick to our routine of managing the enterprise and seeing what the day brings for us.
