Our office is on the third floor of building No 548/35 on 50 Feet Road in Hanumanth Nagar. It’s part of Banashankari 1st Stage, 1st Block. Nestled Haven Developers is the name we use, but most people just know us as the guys working on the local housing projects. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of 50 Feet Road, which is always busy with traffic. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. It’s just an office with some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. We spend our days looking at property papers or meeting with people who want to build a home. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for government approvals. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while, so we know how the local system works. The team is small, just a few of us who handle everything from the initial planning to the final hand-over. We don't use slick marketing or try to sound more important than we are. We just try to help people get their houses built without too much trouble. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s full of people arguing over floor plans. We take it as it comes and just keep working.
