Ilias Estates

We operate Ilias Estates from the Centre Point building on Residency Road. Our office is number 305-56. Residency Road is one of those places that never really seems to sleep. There is always something going on outside our windows. We have been here for a good bit now, handling estate matters for folks in this area. We aren't some kind of corporate giant. It is just a handful of us making sure things run right every day. The office isn't particularly large, and we have folders and papers stacked up in most corners. It is a working office, not a showroom for people to look at. We talk to a lot of different people every day, some looking to buy and others looking to sell their places. We try to give them the facts without dressing things up too much. It is just easier that way for everyone involved in the process. Sometimes the heavy traffic on Residency Road makes it hard for people to get to us on time, but we don't mind waiting. We understand how it is in this city. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier for us to get to different parts of the town quickly. We have built up a decent reputation just by being consistent and showing up every morning. We don't make big claims. We just do the work that needs doing.
