Iland Estate

Iland Estate is based out of Business Point on Brigade Road. Our office is at number 137. Brigade Road is always packed with people, as anyone who lives in this city knows. It is a very lively place to be, and we have gotten used to the noise and the crowds outside our door. We deal with real estate, but we do not act like those big fancy agencies you see on television. We are just a small group of people working out of this building. The office is a bit on the small side, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites around town. When we are actually in the office, it is usually to catch up on some paperwork or talk to someone who dropped in. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon or sales talk. If a place is good, we say it is good. If it has some problems, we will mention those too. It is better to be honest about those things from the start. Living and working around Brigade Road means we see a lot of different people every day. We have been at 137 Business Point for a while now, and it feels like home. We do not have a huge marketing budget. Most of our clients come to us because someone they know told them we were okay to deal with.
