Grand Peak Construction Co.

We've been at 422nd Main Road for a good while now. Grand Peak Construction Co. is just us working in the Ramachandrapuram area. It's part of Bangalore-21, which has its own rhythm. We do the actual work ourselves for the most part. It gets pretty busy on the road right outside our door. Sometimes the weather slows things down quite a bit, but that's just part of being in this line of work. We handle the projects that come our way without making a big fuss. Local people know where the office is if they need to talk. It’s a simple setup inside. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. It’s just some desks and some plans laying around. We've seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the years we've been here. Ramachandrapuram has a specific feel to it that we've grown used to. We try to just keep our heads down and get the work done as it should be. Tools get noisy and sometimes the neighbors might have a word, but we try to be quick about it. If you happen to pass by 422nd Main, you'll see our sign. It’s not a huge place, just enough space for what we need to get through the day. Bangalore is growing fast, and we are just one part of that here. We deal with the usual stuff like paperwork and materials. Some days are long, but we show up every morning. That is just how we run things.
