Gangothri Land Developers & Vviinjaii Enterprises

Our shop is number 955 on the 16th Main, right in the IAS Office Colony area. It’s close to Mico Layout and not too far from the Udupi Gardens. That whole Byrasandra, Tavarekere, and Madivala Layout stretch is where we usually find ourselves working. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, Gangothri Land Developers and Vviinjaii Enterprises, but we just go by the work we do. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just a regular room with some files and maps pinned to the wall. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about land and how the layouts are shaping up around here. The area near Udupi Gardens is always packed with people, so getting back to the shop can take longer than you’d think. We’ve been operating out of this colony for a good bit of time. It’s a practical location for what we do. Dealing with land and development means a lot of paperwork and waiting around for approvals. We try to stay patient with it all. It’s mostly just us and the local crowd. Sometimes a client comes in and we just chat for an hour before even getting to the point. That's just how business goes here. We aren't looking to grow into some massive corporation, we just like being part of the neighborhood and doing our thing every day.
