We are set up at No.15 on Bannerghatta Road, right across from the Shoppers Stop in JP Nagar 3rd Phase. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic. Our place is filled with organic items, mostly things made from natural materials. You can smell the wood and the finishes when you walk in. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in from the artisans. It’s not like a mass-production factory; things have a bit of character because they are made by hand. Sometimes a batch comes in and it’s not quite right, so we have to send it back or fix it ourselves. The shelves are usually packed, and we try to keep things organized, but it’s a constant struggle. We have a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from packing orders to answering the phone. The location is easy to find, which is good for people coming to see us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen JP Nagar grow up around us. It’s a nice community to be part of. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep providing these handmade things and make sure the people making them have steady work. It’s a simple way to spend the day, surrounded by natural things in a busy city.
