Macson Fibre & Plastics

Macson Fibre & Plastics is located over at K. Ramaiah Garden, near the Tavarekare Dharmaram College post office. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but we like being in this part of town. Our workshop is where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s filled with the smell of resins and the sound of cutting tools. We work with all kinds of fibre and plastic materials every day. It is not the cleanest work in the world. You usually end up with some dust on your clothes by the end of the shift. We are just a small team of local folks who have been doing this for a long time. There is no big management team or fancy titles here. We just show up, look at the orders for the day, and get to work. The building itself is older and has its share of cracks and peeling paint, but it serves us well enough for what we need. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years or who were told about us by a friend. We spend a lot of time making sure the molds are set right and that the finished pieces don't have too many rough edges. It’s honest, physical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just try to keep things moving along without too much drama.
