We are based at Unit II, Plot Spl-5, in the Ngef Ancillory Estate. It’s right off Whitefield Road in Mahadevapura. If you know that area, you know the traffic can be a nightmare most days. The estate itself is quite industrial, full of warehouses and small factories. Our unit is mostly a place where we store air conditioning units and all the spare parts we need for repairs. It’s not a place for customers to come and lounge around. It’s more of a practical workspace with concrete floors and high ceilings. We spend a lot of our time out on the road visiting sites, so the office part of the unit is often empty except for one person handling the calls. We’ve got a couple of old vans that we use for hauling equipment, and they’ve seen a lot of miles. The work is greasy and heavy sometimes, and the heat in the warehouse can be a bit much in the summer months. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just fix the machines and try to keep up with the schedule. Sometimes parts are hard to get and we have to wait a few days, which is frustrating for everyone, but we do what we can. It’s a straightforward business, nothing more and nothing less than a bunch of us working with cooling systems.
