You can find us over at No.77 on Commercial Street. It’s always busy out there, so finding a place to park is usually a headache, but we’ve been here long enough that we’re used to the noise. We aren't a huge corporation or anything, just a regular agency trying to help people get what they need. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a door and a window with some old displays that we really should update one of these days. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and files. We deal with all sorts of local people and some from further out too. It gets crowded on weekends because of the location, so we prefer the mid-week pace when things are a bit calmer. My father started this place years ago, and I just sort of took over when he wanted to rest. We don't have a big marketing team or social media stuff. Mostly, we just talk to the people who walk in. If we have what you want, great. If not, we usually know someone down the street who does. That’s just how business goes here. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound that drives me nuts, but it keeps the air moving. We’re just here doing our thing day in and day out. We don't bother with much else except making sure the customers are okay.
