Erni India

Our space is on the 3rd floor, right there on 17th Cross in Bangalore. It’s a decent enough spot for Erni India to handle the daily workload. The street outside can get quite narrow when everyone parks their bikes, but we’ve learned to navigate it over the years. Most of the morning is spent going through technical drawings and checking on shipments. We have a small team here. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though you can hear the street noise if the windows are open. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People who come to see us usually know exactly where they're going. We mostly deal with connectors and various industrial parts. The shelves are filled with boxes of different sizes. It’s not the most exciting decor, just a lot of grey and blue binders and some old computers that still work fine. We take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break. It’s a routine that keeps the day moving along. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late to coordinate with people in different time zones, but we don't mind too much. The local tea stall guy knows our order by heart now. We've been in this building for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done regardless. It’s just a normal office where we focus on the hardware and the logistics.
