We are BLUPEAK BUILDTECH LLP. Our office is located at No 725 on the ground floor of 61st Cross. We’re in the 5th Block of Rajajinagar. It is a well-known area and we like being based here. We are mostly involved in the technical side of building things. It is a lot of work with detailed plans and making sure the engineering is done right. We aren't a giant firm with a thousand employees. We are just a small team of people who know how to build stuff. The office is usually full of drawings and coffee cups. Rajajinagar is a busy place, so there is always noise from the street. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. Most of our time is spent looking at projects and figuring out how to make them work in the real world. It is not always straightforward. Sometimes the ground isn't right or the materials don't arrive when they should. We just deal with it as it comes. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords. We just talk like normal people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a blueprint or on the phone with a supplier. It is just how we operate. We like the challenge of building something that is going to last for a long time. It is hard work, but it is satisfying at the end of the day. We just keep our focus on the bricks and mortar.
