Trans Energy

Our place, Trans Energy, is located at 66/3-A/415 in Nelamangala. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of town, but we like being out here. There’s a bit more breathing room than in the crowded city areas. The facility is basically a large shed with some office space attached to the side. We spend most of our time out in the main area working on various energy-related projects. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the floor is concrete, so your feet get tired by the end of the shift. We’ve got a small crew of workers who really know their stuff. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we don't need much supervision. We just get the list of what needs to be done and go to it. The tools are well-used, and the trucks come in and out through the main gate all day long. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh during the lunch break, sitting out in the shade when it’s not too hot. Nelamangala has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We don't have a website that looks like a tech company; we just have our name on the gate and a phone that rings when someone needs something. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on getting the tasks finished and making sure the parts are ready when they’re supposed to be. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast for everyone.
