Plot No. 61 and 62 in the Kasaba Industrial Area is where we set up. Lm Glasfiber is a place where things are big. When you work with glass fiber, you need space, and that’s what these plots give us. It’s not a fancy office setup. It’s more of a warehouse feel where the floors are wide and the ceilings are high. There’s a particular dust that comes with this work, so we’re always sweeping, but it never really stays clean for long. You’ll see people moving large molds and rolls of material around. It’s heavy work and it’s messy. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and safety notices that have been there for years. The Kasaba area is a bit out of the way, so it’s usually just us and the other industrial units. We don’t get many walk-in visitors. Most of our day is spent following diagrams and making sure the resin sets right. It’s a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing. We eat our lunch together in a small break room that smells like coffee. We’re just a group of people who have learned how to handle this specific material over many years. It’s a living, and we’re happy enough doing it.
