Our place is out at Plot No 36, Kiadb Ind. Area 1St Phase, Dobbaspet Sompura Nelmangala Taluk. It is a bit of a drive out into the industrial area, but that is where we need to be for the kind of stuff Mainland Heavy Parts Pvt Ltd handles. We deal with big components. The warehouse is quite large and it can get cold in the mornings before the sun really hits the roof. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. The 1St Phase of the Kiadb Ind. Area is always humming with noise from other businesses too. It’s a practical setup. We have desks in the front and the heavy parts are kept in the back sections. Working in Dobbaspet means we are away from the city center, but it gives us the space we need. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves and forklifts moving around. We’ve been at this location for some time. If you follow the maps to Sompura Nelmangala Taluk, you will find us at Plot No 36. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. We just focus on getting orders sorted and making sure the parts are ready when people come to pick them up. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of numbers in our ledgers. We stay busy and mostly keep to ourselves while getting the work done.
