Our office is at House No- 741.01, right by the electric pole and the handpump on Bolangir Road in Ulba. It’s a well-known spot in Patnagarh because everyone stops by that pump to get water. Kusaleswar Farmer Producer Company Limited is basically a group of us trying to help the local farmers get a fair shake in the market. We spend most of our time talking about crop prices and seeds. The office is simple—just some chairs, a sturdy table, and a lot of folders. Since we’re right on the road, it gets quite dusty, and we’re always sweeping the floor. It’s a community thing more than a big business. People wander in to ask questions or just to see what’s happening with the collective. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just know the people around here and what they need to keep their farms going. Sometimes we sit outside by the handpump when it’s too hot inside the building. The work is steady but slow. We have to deal with a lot of government forms, which can be a real headache, but we manage. Patnagarh is a good place to be if you’re into farming. We’re just trying to make sure the Kusaleswar group stays helpful to the folks in Ulba. It’s honest work, and we don't plan on changing how we do things anytime soon. It’s about the farmers, after all, and staying true to our roots.
