We’ve been here in Bahadurgarh for a long while now. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and movement around our spot in Haryana. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. People come in, get their shifts started, and we just focus on the work at hand. It’s not fancy here. There’s dust on the windows and the tea guy comes by twice a day which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We handle a lot of different things at the plant, mostly heavy stuff that needs moving and fixing. It can get tiring, especially in the summer months when the heat trapped inside the building feels like it’s never going away. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend hours just poking at things to get them running again. We don't really have a front office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s just us, some heavy equipment, and the daily grind of getting orders out to where they need to go. If you walk past, you'll probably see a couple of trucks parked outside waiting to load up. That’s just how it is every day. We don’t do much talking about big goals or anything, we just try to finish the pile of work that’s waiting for us when we show up in the morning. Our address in Bahadurgarh is where you'll find us most days, usually covered in some kind of grit from the shop floor. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do without any of the extra fluff.
