Duhan Steels(P) Ltd. is located right here in Shakti Nagar. We are at House Number 35 on Gali Number 3. Bahadurgarh is a good place for steel work because there are a lot of us doing similar things around here. It’s a dusty job, working with metal all day. The shop gets loud when the machines are running, but that’s just the sound of work. We aren't a massive factory, just a local spot where we handle steel orders. Most of the guys who work here live nearby. We’ve known each other for years. It’s a small operation. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just have our names and this address. People come by when they need something specific. Sometimes we have to tell people we can't do a job if we are too backed up. We try to be fair. The office part is just a small desk tucked in the corner behind the stacks of metal. It gets cold in the winter because the doors stay open for the trucks. We drink a lot of tea to stay warm. It’s honest work. Nothing more, nothing less. We’ve been in Gali Number 3 for quite a while now. The neighbors are used to the noise. It’s just a part of life in this part of town. We keep going day by day and try to keep things simple. It works for us and our families here.
