Ikkshu Farmer Private Limited

Our office is right on Bodoli Road in the Patti Mehar area of Baraut. If you know the Baghpat district, you know it is a place where people really care about their land. We are Ikkshu Farmer Private Limited, and we operate from this spot near the road. It can get pretty noisy with the tractors and trucks passing by all day long. The building is simple, nothing too special to look at, but it serves our needs just fine. We have a few desks and chairs, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere. Most of our work involves talking to the local farmers from around Baraut and the nearby villages. We spend a lot of time looking at crops and discussing what needs to happen for the next season. It is not a glamorous job, and there is always dirt on the floor no matter how much we sweep. We have some papers scattered around and the filing system is basically whatever we can find. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. The people who work here grew up around these fields, so we understand the problems that come up. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the business moving. It is a practical life, and we are okay with that.
