It’s dusty sometimes and quiet at others. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who come by with their concerns or their products. There’s no corporate talk here; we just speak the way everyone else does. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of paperwork, which isn't the most fun part of the job, but it has to be done. We aren't some big city firm. We are just a group of people in Baghpat trying to make things work for the local kisan. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but being right there in Patti Mundalakhekra makes it easier to stay connected. We just keep things moving as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss or fancy language.
